PROMO MECHANICS

1. The promotion is open to all Eastwood Mall, Eastwood Citywalk I & II, Eastwood City Cybermall, Burgos Circle, Forbes Town Centre, Newport Mall, Paseo Center Makati, The Clubhouse at Temple Drive, and Venice Piazza customers, at least 18 years of age, with a Philippine address. Promo period is from November 3, 2011 to January 31, 2012.
2. Raffle stubs issuance:
   1. For every Php2,000.00 in a single receipt purchase from any store in Eastwood Mall and Newport Mall, customers may claim one (1) raffle stub.
   2. For every Php2,000.00 worth of single or accumulated receipts from any store in Citywalk I, Citywalk II, Cybermall, Burgos Circle,  Forbes Town Centre, The Clubhouse at Temple Drive, Paseo Center Makati and Venice Piazza at McKinley Hill; customers may claim two (2) raffle stubs.
   3. For every Php2,000 worth of single or accumulated receipts from any Food Junction tenants, customers may claim three (3) raffle stubs.
3. Customers who reach the minimum purchase requirement and use their MasterCard in any Megaworld Lifestyle Malls (except Newport Mall) will get double the number of raffle coupons.
4. Receipts must be presented to redeem for raffle stubs at the following redemption booths:
   1. Eastwood Mall- Ground floor, Concierge area
   2. Eastwood Citywalk I & II Information Center between Fazoli’s and Häagen-Dazs
   3. Eastwood Cybermall Ground Floor Main Entrance
   4. Eastwood City Food Junction Lobby
   5. Burgos Circle / Forbes Town Center- beside Mile-Hi Diner

5. Receipts from bill payments, gym memberships, hotel accommodations, casino purchase, account settlements and purchases from temporary exhibitors are not qualified for redemption.
6. Customers must fill out the raffle coupon with their complete name, complete address, contact number and affix signature to qualify as a valid entry. Raffle stubs can be dropped at drop box located at the redemption booths.
7. Deadline for the submission of all coupons is at mall closing hours on January 31, 2012. Late entries will not be accepted.

1. Raffle draw will be held at the Megaworld Commercial Division office in the presence of representatives from Megaworld Commercial Division and DTI on February 3, 2012 at 6PM.
2. Customers may win only once. If a customer’s name is drawn more than once, the customer gets the prize with a higher value.
3. Winners will be notified thru registered mail from Megaworld Commercial Division. Winners may claim their prize at the Megaworld Commercial Division Office – 7th floor, 1880 Building, Eastwood Cyberpark, Bagumbayan, Quezon City from 9AM – 6PM, Mondays thru Fridays.
4. Winners may claim their prize within 60 days from receipt of notification. Failure to claim prizes after 60 days will mean forfeiture of the prize in favor of Eastwood City with the prior approval of DTI.
5. To claim the prize, winner must present a valid ID with picture, the winning raffle stub and the registered mail.
6. Winners shall allow themselves to be featured in any and all publicity materials connected to the promo.
7. Winners shall shoulder the 20% tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00
8. ALL prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.
9. Employees of Megaworld Corp, Travellers Inc, its partners/sponsors, First Oceanic Realty, Eastwood City Estates Association, Eastwood Property Holdings Inc., and all Megaworld Lifestyle Centers tenants including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.

ADDITIONAL MECHANICS/ REQUIREMENTS

VOLVO XC60:

1. Winner of the VOLVO XC60 can claim the car at Viking Cars, Incorporated (2272 Chino Roces Avenue Makati City, 1232 Philippines) within 60 days from receipt of notification.
2. The winner shall pay for the 20% tax of the prize, registration documents for the vehicle and other expenses that may be incurred in relation to the prize.

STAR CRUISES 3D/2N CRUISE FOR 2 VIA SUPERSTAR VIRGO:

1. Cruise will be sailing from Singapore-Malaysia-Singapore
2. Winner will have to shoulder MNL-SG and SG-MNL flights.  
3. Cruise Vouchers are valid only for one (1) year from the date of issuance No extensions will be granted. Winners must coordinate with Star Cruises office for bookings and reservations. 
4. All travel documents, travel tax and other travel related expenses shall be shouldered by the winner. The 20% tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00 shall be shouldered by the winner. 
5. All reservations are subject to cabin availability and must be made in advance with Star Cruises. 
6. Cruise Vouchers are transferable but not convertible to cash.

1. Winner will get the following:

3. P250,000 worth of Food and Beverage gift certificates are valid until fully consumed.

1. All reservations are subject to room availability; all incidental charges will be shouldered by winner.
2. Winner must directly book with Maxims and Remington Hotel at least one (1) week prior to stay.
3. All rooms can be availed until February 29, 2013.

ROUNDTRIP AIRFARE TO MILAN, ITALY FOR 2 VIA ETIHAD AIRWAYS:

1. One (1) winner of 2 roundtrip Coral Economy Class tickets to Milan, Italy. All plane tickets will be provided by Etihad Airways. (exclusive of tax, meals and hotel accommodations)
2. Etihad Airways shall provide MNL- Abu Dhabi- Milan- Abu Dhabi- MNL tickets)
3. All travel documents (i.e. VISA, Passport) and travel tax and travel related expenses such as terminal fees, excess baggage fees, etc… shall be shouldered by the winners.
4. Travel must be completed on or before December 31, 2012.  No extensions will be granted.  Winners must coordinate with Etihad Airways for bookings and reservations. Re-booking and change of destination will not be allowed.

NEWPORT CINEMA MOVIE PASSES:

1. Winner of the Newport Cinema Movie Passes will be given 100 movie passes valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.
2. Movie passes are valid in Newport Cinemas 2 and 4 only.
3. Movie passes are for one admission only and are NOT valid during premiere nights, advance screenings, first week of showing, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
